Affiliate Terms
The rules for WealthScout referral partners, attribution, commission, and manual payouts.
Effective: 21 August 2026 · Last updated: 21 August 2026
Operator and Programme
These Affiliate Terms apply to the WealthScout referral programme. The operator is IP3 Holdings, ABN 88 562 020 114, trading as WealthScout.
Registration and Attribution
One authenticated WealthScout login may own one partner profile and Partner Handle. WealthScout derives the partner's Referral Code as the uppercase form of that handle. A partner relationship does not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, adviser, or representative authority.
A valid wealthscout.app/<handle> visit may create a short-lived referral capture. First successful attribution wins at household creation; later visits, codes, and invited members do not reassign it. Attribution does not grant Plus or bypass commercial gating. When an eligible annual checkout uses the stored Referral Code, RevenueCat may apply the Annual Referral Offer.
WealthScout may reject, deactivate, or terminate a profile where information is inaccurate, promotion is misleading, the programme is misused, or continued activity creates legal, security, customer, or brand risk. Termination stops new programme activity while valid historical evidence remains recorded for review.
Referral Offer and Commission
The Annual Referral Offer reduces an eligible customer's first annual Plus payment by 25%, presented as the equivalent of three months free. It applies once, to annual plans only, and monthly payments are not discounted. RevenueCat Billing owns the offer and applies it at checkout.
Only verified positive-price Plus monthly or annual collections may earn commission. The Commission Window is the 12 months beginning with the first successful paid collection; time on Free does not consume it. Commission is 50% of RevenueCat-Reported Proceeds after RevenueCat's reported tax and transaction or store fees.
Where RevenueCat money or discount facts are missing or contradict each other, WealthScout sends the case to founder review rather than inventing a value.
Ledger, Refunds, and Payout
An activated earn is calculated and rounded once. A verified refund reverses the exact stored earn, and a verified REFUND_REVERSED event restores the same stored economics rather than recalculating current values.
Dashboard amounts shown before payment are estimates in USD. WealthScout applies a provisional 2% payout reserve to those estimates for currency-conversion and transfer costs. The immutable commission ledger is not reduced by this reserve.
If payouts are activated, WealthScout makes any transfer outside the product and records the manual payout reference, time, actual amount, and actual currency. The final amount paid is calculated using the exchange rate and applicable bank, intermediary, cross-border and transfer fees available when payment is made. It may therefore be higher or lower than the earlier estimate. The programme does not provide automated payouts or collect payment-account credentials, KYC documents, or tax forms.
A reversal relating to an amount already paid may create a recovery balance against future partner payouts. Customer cancellation at the end of a paid period is not itself a refund.
Marketing Standards
Promotions must be truthful, current, identifiable as partner marketing where required, and consistent with the WealthScout website and these terms. Do not imply that an offer is available when it is not, or that every visitor receives a discount.
Do not claim that WealthScout provides personal financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, insurance, or guaranteed-outcome advice. Do not spam, scrape, impersonate WealthScout, use misleading redirects, or make commitments on WealthScout's behalf.
Privacy and Contact
WealthScout uses your registration and contact details, and its records of attribution, acceptance, commission, refunds, recovery and payout references, to run and audit the programme. Partners never see who a household is, who its members are, or what it owns.
